How It Works:

1. ‘Purchase’ this listing to register your interest in a customer design.
2. Share your idea – Tell me what you have in mind: themes, motifs, wording, size, or a general aesthetic.
3. Complementary draft – I’ll create a concept and send a watermarked draft to you for review; no payment required at this stage.
4. Deposit – Before any adjustments or refinements are made, you will pay an agreed deposit amount.
5. Refinements – You can request adjustments to ensure the design feels just right.
6. Final Payment – Once you have approved the preliminary design, I will direct you to finalise payment.
7. Final design created – Your custom pattern is completed with care and attention to detail, and emailed directly to you. Your final design will include a personalised black-and-white printable PDF cross stitch chart, created to your specifications.

Each custom order is created by hand. Please allow time for design approval and making. Estimated turnaround times will be provided when you place your order, and will depend on demand. This information is provided prior to payment of the deposit.
