Most items sold at Daydream Stitchery are digital downloads. This includes (but is not limited to):

Because digital files are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is required and no shipping fees apply to digital products.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link, and files will also be available in your account (if applicable). Digital downloads are usually available immediately after payment is processed. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout to avoid delays in receiving your files.
Orders containing only digital products will not receive tracking information, as no shipment occurs. If you experience a technical issue with your file (such as issues accessing your download, or a corrupt or missing download), please contact us – we’ll make sure you receive a working version promptly.
3. Physical Products
Shipping costs for physical products calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product page, usually between 1-3 business days. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your item’s progress through the postal system.
4. Mixed Orders
Orders containing both digital and physical items will receive digital downloads immediately after payment is made, with physical items shipped separately.

We use trusted postal and courier services for international shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside our control. We can’t take responsibility for delays caused by postal carriers, customs agencies, or circumstances outside our control.
Digital items are available after payment has been made. There may be a slight delay in accessing your files, however most downloads are available within 10 minutes of purchase. If you are unable to access your download please contact us for assistance.
Daydream Stitchery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email or shipping information provided at checkout.
