1. Copyright Ownership

All designs, artwork, text, images, graphics, and downloadable files on this website are the intellectual property of Daydream Stitchery, unless otherwise credited.
This includes all hand embroidery and cross stitch patterns, thread colour palettes, photographs, and original product descriptions.

These materials are protected by:
• The Copyright Act 1968 (Australia)
• International copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty

Offenders will be prosecuted.

2. Personal Use Licence

When you purchase a digital pattern or colour palette, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may:
• Print or transfer the files to your own devices for personal reference.
• Use the patterns to create handmade stitched items for personal enjoyment or gifts.
• Sell finished stitched items on a small scale (e.g. markets, Etsy), provided design credit is clearly given to Daydream Stitchery.

You may not:
• Resell, share, or distribute the pattern files or colour palettes in any format.
• Claim the designs as your own or use them for mass production or commercial manufacturing.
• Post full-resolution images or digital files of the patterns online, even if modified.

3. Original Artwork and Images

We create, or commission, all photographs, illustrations, and branding materials, and remain protected intellectual property.

You cannot use, copy, or reproduce any artwork or images for marketing, resale, or digital distribution without express written permission.

4. Educational and Commercial Use

If you wish to use any Daydream Stitchery designs, images, or materials in classes, publications, or commercial projects, please contact alisia@daydreamstitchery.com to request written permission or a commercial licence.

5. Infringement and Takedown Requests

Daydream Stitchery respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return.

If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please email alisia@daydreamstitchery.com with:
• Your contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing content

We will investigate and respond promptly in accordance with applicable laws, including the Australian Copyright Act 1968 and US DMCA requirements.
